DEPOSIT REQUIRMENTS:
We guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. All shots are up to date and puppies will be free from obvious defects at the time of delivery. A deposit of $200 will reserve the puppy of your choice until that puppy is ready to be shipped or picked up around 7-8 weeks of age. Deposits can be made through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or credit card. Your chosen puppy will not be reserved until the deposit is received. The deposit amount of $200 is included in the purchase fee of each puppy and is nonrefundable unless serious illness or death of your puppy occurs before pickup (before or at 8 weeks of age). This deposit covers our vet costs, advertising, and time should you back out of taking the reserved puppy.
The remainder of the purchase amount will be due upon pickup and should be paid in cash, Venmo, Cash App, Pay Pal, or credit card. We do NOT accept checks. If your puppy is shipped by airline, your remaining purchase amount will be due upon receipt of the booking confirmation for your puppy’s flight or no more than 2 days before the shipping date via PayPal, cash app, Venmo, or credit card which must be received 2 days before the ship date.
BUYERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES:
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 (working) days of delivery. If you receive your puppy on a Friday you must take your puppy to the veterinarian no later than Tuesday of the following week. We must be informed immediately of the examination's result by e-mail. Failure to complete this step will terminate the health guarantee on your puppy. This guarantee will then be null and void.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Your puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature and hip dysplasia. If the dog dies within one year of his/her birthdate, you must pay to have it autopsied to determine the cause of death. If the cause is congenital, we will replace the puppy, excluding transportation costs where applicable.
*All items covered under this guarantee will be determined at the seller’s discretion of whether a full refund, partial refund, or replacement puppy will be given.
You, the buyer are responsible for maintaining your puppy at a healthy weight, and should consult with your vet on the desired weight for your puppy. Overweight puppies are more prone to developing hip dysplasia. Also you may not spay or neuter your puppy before one year of age due to this also causing your puppy to gain excess weight before the hips are fully developed. Your puppy should have low impact, moderate excercise. Your puppy should not engage in high impact jumping activities, agility, or high incidence of going up/down stairs until the hips are fully developed at 12 months as this can also cause damage to the hips.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced or refunded as follows:
* The puppy must show the defect by one year of age for congenital disease and hip dysplasia. We must be notified of the problem within two (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have one (1) report from an unassociated veterinarian stating the same problem. We will then provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value or a refund at our discretion.
* A puppy with a defect must be returned to us in good condition, other than the specified problem or euthanized with our permission at your expense to qualify for a replacement puppy
*No replacement puppy will be given if your puppy has been bred before one year of age, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without our permission
*The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as the original puppy.
*We will determine each claim on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to offer a replacement puppy or issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
*This guarantee applies to the original puppy and owner only and is nontransferable to a second party.
CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE:
*This guarantee does not cover Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which are common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and, like the common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough, on its own, is not life threatening. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness and other autoimmune disorders which are not covered by this guarantee. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
*Puppies may be severely stressed by the change in their environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, etc., may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and should be checked by a veterinarian. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by our guarantee.
As of the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations and has been de-wormed on a strict schedule. You have been informed of the puppy's vaccination and de-worming schedule and are aware of future vaccinations and de-wormings that will be due. Be sure to provide your puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian and follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming etc.
*We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred after the receipt of your puppy. You, as the buyer, are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that you will be responsible for all payments to the veterinarian.
*There is no guarantee that you will be able to show your puppy regardless of show or breeding potential.
*There is no guarantee that you will be able to breed your puppy. Although we do not restrict breeding, it is impossible to determine at 8 weeks of age if your puppy will be able to breed or will be a good breeding dog when fully grown.
TRANSPORTATION/DELIVERY:
*Transportation costs are non-refundable once the puppy has arrived in his/her new home.
*Transportation to most major international airports is available through a professional transporter for an additional fee. This fee is determined by the size and age of each puppy.
*Your puppy can be shipped at eight (8) weeks of age or older. The airlines will not ship a puppy that is less than eight (8) weeks old.
*If the airlines will not allow transportation due to weather, and the rescheduled flight plans are not acceptable to you, a refund of the amount collected for shipping will be given back to you and you will then be responsible for making arrangements to receive your puppy.
